PHILADELPHIA – The final pod matchup of the Big 5 season was played on Monday night, and with its conclusion the matchups are set for the third annual Toyota Men's Big 5 Classic this Saturday at Xfinity Mobile Arena.
Penn will meet Villanova in the championship game at 7:30 p.m. The Wildcats earned their spot in the final with a 74-56 win over Temple Monday night at Finneran Pavilion. This year's tripleheader will crown a first-time champion after Saint Joseph's won the first two Classic titles in 2023 and 2024.
The day will start at 2 p.m. with Drexel matching up against La Salle. The second game will feature Saint Joseph's and Temple and is scheduled to tip off at 4:30 p.m.
Tickets for the tripleheader start at just $30 and are good for all three matchups. Fans will also be able to utilize reentry throughout the day. Group and premium ticket options are also available at
