Austen, Cook Earn All-Ivy Honors for Women’s Soccer

PHILADELPHIA – The Ivy League announced its postseason honors for women's soccer on Wednesday afternoon, with senior goaltender Annabel Austen and junior forward Abbey Cook being named First Team All-Ivy.

Earning her second-consecutive First Team All-Ivy selection, Austen put together another outstanding season. Austen enjoyed career highs in goals against per match (1.17), save percentage (.814), saves per match (4.75), and wins (3). Austen also tied a career best in shutouts with four. Austen finished the season inside the top three of every major goaltending statistic in the conference.

For junior Cook, this is her first All-Ivy honor. Cook had career highs in goals (6), points (13), and shots on goal (13). Cook's six goals and 13 points were more than her first two seasons combined, proving just how dominant of a year she had. In addition to the First Team honor, Cook was also named to the Academic All-Ivy team, exhibiting her commitment in the classroom as well as the playing field.
