PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania field hockey team had three seniors selected to All-Ivy honors for the 2025 season.
Philine Klas was named to Second Team All-Ivy, her first Ivy selection of her career.
The center back had five defensive saves and a career-high five goals this season for the Quakers.
She also led the team with 33 shots this season, 18 shots on goal.
Julia Ryan was also named to the Second Team All-Ivy for the third time in the last three years.
Ryan led the team with a career high in goals (11) and points (24) this season, finishing the season as the only Quaker with double digit goals.
Her 11 goals ranked second in the Ivy League this season, nearly doubling her goal total of six in her junior year.
Finally,
Livia Loozen was named to the Academic All-Ivy Team team, her first Ivy nomination of her career.
Loozen was a pivotal part of the Quakers offense this season, as she recorded a career-high five assists and scored two game winning goals against American and Columbia.
All three seniors started in every game for the Red and Blue this season.
