PHILADELPHIA – Six Quakers were named College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Tuesday afternoon. Seniors
Annabel Austen,
Clare Robke, and
Mallory Lucas and juniors
Abbey Cook,
Magali Capdevila, and
Avery Chapel all earned the honor by excelling both in the classroom and on the soccer pitch.
Goaltender Austen adds Academic All-District to an already stacked resume for 2025. After reaching career highs in goals against per match (1.17), save percentage (.814), saves per match (4.75), and wins (3), Austen was named First Team All-Ivy for the second consecutive season.
Forward Robke was a constant for the Quakers in 2025. Her 1,314 minutes were second on the team and her presence helped lead Penn to four shutouts this year.
Forward Lucas enjoyed a great year, playing all 15 matches and starting 10. She ranked second in shots this year with 22 and came third in points with four.
Forward Cook also adds All-District to her resume for 2025 which includes First Team All-Ivy and Academic All-Ivy, once more proving her penchant for elite play and elite academic prowess. Cook had career highs in goals (6), points (13), and shots on goal (13).
Forward Capdevila enjoyed a career high in assists (3) and points (5) on her way to Academic All-District. Capedevila also supplied 16 shots for the third consecutive year, four of which were on goal.
Midfielder Chapel was a key cog for the Red and Blue, racking up 14 matches with 13 starts. She scored two goals, the biggest of which being the game-winner against then-top seeded Harvard late in the year. She also supplied a career-best five points this season.
