The Penn vs. Army Series
*The Black Knights hold the all-time series, bringing a 17-3 record and a seven-game win streak into Friday's contest.
 
*The last time these teams met in 2023, Army won 31-7 in the Empire State. Sam Herzog scored the sole Quaker touchdown in the battle.

*Penn won its game of the season this past Friday night, overcoming St. Thomas Aquinas 15-14 at Franklin Field. Xavier May IV scored his first collegiate touchdown in the third quarter to lift the Red and Blue to victory.
 
*Freshman May earned CSFL Rookie of the Week on Monday afternoon off his performance against the Spartans. The running back had 79 yards on the ground on 19 attempts, including the touchdown.
 
*Jason Sheairs leads the offense with two touchdowns and nine receptions for 167 yards. Andrew Piscatelli and Jake Wang account for the other caught Quaker scores.
 
*Jaxson Nield brings 34 completed passes for 373 yards into the battle.
 
*Colin Cross leads the defense with 23 total tackles including a team-high 19 solos while Josh Jphnson has intercepted a Quaker-high three passes.
 
*Ryan Goodrich (16) and Marcus Butler (14) trail Cross in the stats each tallying 13 solo stops each.
 
Scouting the Black Knights
*Army brings a 2-0 record into Friday's matchup, shutting Molloy out 49-0 this past week.
 
*Quarterback Kyle West has six touchdowns on the year, including five passing scores throughout the first two games.
 
*Cameron Allen leads the Black Knights with 12 total tackles.
