PHILADELPHIA– The University of Pennsylvania field hockey team fell, 4-1, to No. 20 Brown on Friday at Ellen Vagelos Field, the team's first home loss of the season.
Penn dropped its second consecutive game, while Brown won its sixth straight game.

Philine Klas scored the game's first goal for the second game in a row.
The Quakers took a 1-0 lead, nine minutes into the game.
Both teams had multiple corner opportunities but failed to convert them into goals until the end of the quarter.
Brown's Sophia Clark, tied the game at the end of the first quarter with her first goal of the afternoon.
The Bears began to pull away in the second quarter as Clark scored another girl and teammate Sadie Schultz added another goal.
Brown led 3-1 at the half as the Quakers were desperate for some offensive momentum.
However, Brown's defense showed why they are one of the strongest teams in the country, not allowing another Quaker goal for the rest of the game.
Brown's Lucy Adams delivered the final blow in the final period as the Bears went on to win 4-1 at the final buzzer.
