PHILADELPHIA— The University of Pennsylvania women's tennis team turned the page on their weekend in California with a win over the University of Delaware earlier today at the Hecht Tennis Center.
With a final score of 4-3, the Quakers played out every match against the Blue Hens. Shortly after clinching the doubles point, Sabine Rutlauka retired from her singles match despite leading in the second set. Lara Stojanovski, Gavriella Smith, and Eileen Wang all won their singles matches to clinch the match for the Red and Blue.
Penn will return to action next weekend when they host the ECAC Championship at the Hecht Tennis Center.
