Izzy Rohr (Defender – third team) is just the second player in Ivy League history to be named Defender of the Year twice since the award started being given in 2013; the other is former Penn All-America Meg Markham in 2014 and 2015. Also a unanimous first-team All-Ivy selection each of the last two seasons and an all-tournament pick at last weekend's Ivy League Tournament, Rohr leads the Ivy League in caused turnovers (29) and CTs per game (1.71). She anchors a defense that ranks eighth nationally in caused turnovers per game (10.47) and is tenth in scoring defense, allowing just 8.76 goals per game. Rohr is one of just two Ivy League players named to the first three All-America teams by USA Lacrosse, along with Yale midfielder Fallon Vaughn.

Niki Miles (Attack – honorable mention) leads Penn in points (70), is second behind Brandt in goals (48), and is second in assists (22). A unanimous pick as Ivy League Attacker of the Year last season after she set the program record for goals in a season (63), Miles has been a unanimous first-team All-Ivy pick each of the last two seasons. She enters the weekend having recorded multiple points in 31 of Penn's last 32 games, and she currently has a 37-game goal-scoring streak and a 41-game point-scoring streak. Miles is currently eighth nationally in free-position goals per game (1.00) and 12th in free-position percentage (.680), and among Ivy League players she is fifth in points per game (4.12) and eighth in goals per game (2.82). In last Friday's ILT semifinal win over Princeton, Miles set a program record with 14 draw controls.

Anna Brandt (Midfield – honorable mention) leads Penn and is sixth among Ivy League players with 53 goals, good for fifth on the program's single-season list and ten shy of Miles' program record. Already a two-time unanimous first-team All-Ivy selection who was Ivy Midfielder of the Year last season as a sophomore, Brandt also earned all-tournament last weekend after she set ILT records for goals in a game (8 in Penn's semifinal win over Princeton) and a tournament (12). Only a junior, Brandt is already fourth on the program's all-time list for goals, with 131—she needs just 18 to break the current standard—and is 16th in career points (137). She has hit for multiple goals and multiple points in each of Penn's last 14 games, and she has a 23-game goal and point-scoring streak that dates to last season.

Penn (13-4) is the eighth seed in this year's NCAA Championship and will host first- and second-round games at Franklin Field this Friday and Sunday. The Quakers host Richmond on Friday at 1 p.m., followed by Duke and Loyola (Md.) in a neutral-site game at 4 p.m. Friday's winners advance to the second round, which will take place Sunday at 1 p.m.
