*This is the ninth matchup in program history, as Penn holds an advantage in this series, leading 5-3. 
 
*The last time these teams met in 2023, Penn fell 28-14 at Franklin Field. 
 
*The Quakers are looking to break a two-game skid against the Griffins.

*The Blue and Red fell for the first time in 2024 last Friday, dropping a 31-0 contest to Navy.

Jake Inserra led the defensive charge for Penn on the field, tying his career-high 16 tackles, including ten solos in the road battle.

Josh Johnson recorded a career-high 11 stops against the Mids. The sophomore also leads the CSFL in punt returns with 11.

Jake Wang and 
Kyle Zeitlian both tallied 14 reception yards against the Midshipmen.

JT Goodman rushed for a team-high 15 yards. The sophomore and 
Tom Rebstock sit in the top ten of the CSFL for rushing yards.

Scouting the Griffins 
*The Griffins stand at 4-2 and 1-1 in the CFSL South. Chestnut Hill's two losses this season came from Army and Navy. 
 
*Running back Lawrence Howard V tied two and broke six school records after defeating Saint Thomas Aquinas College 41-22. The sophomore leads the team in touchdowns (8) and rushed for 778 yards. 
 
*Quarterback Andre Cancellare has thrown for 699 yards, eight touchdowns, and eight interceptions.
