CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Esha Velaga and Lara Stojanovski of the University of Pennsylvania women's tennis team fell short in the ITA Sectional.

Velaga and Stojanovski were defeated by Virginia's Annabelle Xu and Martina Genis Salas, 7-6 (5), 6-3, 10-2.

The Quakers will make their final appearance of the year on Tuesday, November 19, in Waco, Texas, where Sabine Rutlauka and Velaga will compete in the NCAA Singles Championship.
