WESTFIELD, N.J. – The University of Pennsylvania men's golf team finished ninth out of 12 teams at the Georgetown Intercollegiate. The two-day, 54-hole event concluded Tuesday on the par-71 course at Echo Lake Country Club.

Penn shot 299-309 on Monday, then came back with its best round of the tournament on Tuesday (296) to finish the event at 904. Princeton was the team champion, carding 859 which was eight strokes ahead of second-place Campbell (867). The other Ivy League team in the field, Columbia, shot 911 and took 11th place.
Senior
Ben Scott was Penn's low scorer at the tournament, as he shot even par in Monday's first round and 1-under-par on Tuesday en route to tying for sixth in a field of 60 golfers. Sophomore
Max Fonseca carded 227 over the event, followed by classmate
Hayden Adams (229) and senior
George Roessler (232). Freshman
Wesley Hu scored for the Quakers on Tuesday, tying for the team's second-best round with a 75, and finished with a 237 score for the tournament.
Princeton had the top two finishers on the individual leaderboard, as William Huang took medalist honors at 8-under-par 205 and teammate Reed Greyserman was second at 1-over-par 214.

Penn will conclude the fall portion of its 2024-25 campaign next Thursday, Oct. 24, when the Quakers participate in the Big 5 Invitational at Aronimink.
