Adams Voted First-Team All-Ivy by Men's Golf Coaches

PHILADELPHIA – The Ivy League has announced its All-Ivy teams and postseason honors for the 2025-26 men's golf season, and University of Pennsylvania junior Hayden Adams was selected first-team All-Ivy by the conference coaches.

This is the second year the All-Ivy teams were voted on by the coaches; previously they had been determined by one's finish at the Ivy League Championship.

Adams made plenty of noise at the Ivy League Championship last weekend, tying for fifth in the field which earned him a spot on the All-Championship Team. Adams' overall score of 3-over-par 219 was the fifth-best score posted by a Penn player at the Championship in program history and the best since Austin Powell's 3-under-par 213 in 2015. Adams went under par in Friday's first round, shooting a 71, the 22nd time a Penn player has gone under par at Ivies, and he tied for second in the field with ten birdies and was third in par-4 scoring (4.07, +2).

For the year, Adams played in all ten tournaments for the Quakers and finished the season with a team-low 72.9 stroke average (+1.67 to par) across 27 tournament rounds. He also led Penn with seven rounds under par and tied for second with two at even par. Adams was the team's low scorer at all six spring events—sharing the honor twice—and had three top-five overall finishes while never finishing lower than 22nd in a tournament.

Adams also was named as Penn's representative for Academic All-Ivy recognition.

Princeton junior Riccardo Fantinelli was named the Ivy League Player of the Year, while Dartmouth freshman Luke Harper was voted Rookie of the Year and Harvard was a unanimous selection for Coaching Staff of the Year.

Penn's season concluded with the Ivy League Championship, which ran last Friday through Sunday at the famed Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, N.J.
