About The Eagles
Boston College opened the year with a hefty 5-0 victory at home over Providence but have followed with three-straight losses heading into its first road contest of the season on Friday. The Eagles hosted the ACC/Big Ten Challenge last weekend, falling to Maryland (3-1) and reigning national champs Northwestern (6-0). Averaging two goals through their first four games, the Eagles are led by Peyton Hale and Margo Carlin with five points each. Back in the cage, Carine Van Wiechen has started all four contests with 17 saves and 11 goals against.

Penn's Last Time Out
The Quakers are coming off an opening weekend in Chapel Hill, falling to two top-10 programs in No. 9 Louisville (4-1) and No. 2 UNC (4-0). Junior Lis Zandbergen score the goal against the Cardinals, capitalizing on a deflected shot. Against the Tar Heels, the Quakers held them to just one goal in the second half, slowing down one of the highest scoring offenses in the country. A major improvement from last year's 9-1 loss to UNC, Penn had a strong backline presence led by senior captain Gracyn Banks and wings Maya Geller and Meghan McGinley. Back in the cage, junior Hayley Hayden made a career-high nine saves in her first collegiate start.
