Charles Tauckus was named CSFL Rookie of the Week, announced by the league office Monday afternoon. Tauckus becomes the second Quaker in as many weeks to earn the honor following
Brandon Graves in Week One.
On Saturday at Saint Thomas Aquinas, he made 13 total tackles (with 1.5 tackles for a loss) and his first career takeaway, an interception in the defeat to the Spartans.
Through his first two collegiate games, Tauckus has 20 tackles (nine solo, 11 assisted) to lead the team.

Jake Inserra was named to the CSFL weekly honor roll for his 14-tackle performance at STAC over the weekend.
The Quakers return home to Franklin Field on Friday night against Army West Point at 7 p.m.
