The Quakers picked up a pair of quality wins last weekend. The weekend began with a 4-0 victory over the Dartmouth Big Green and then concluded as they made easy work of #72 Harvard on Sunday beating them 4-1. Penn took both doubles points with Amanda Chan and Ekaterina Vinnik won both their doubles matches on the weekend. Eileen Wang and Sabine Rutlauka defeated their Dartmouth opponent to clinch the doubles point. In the win against Harvard, Marija Curnic and Iuliia Bryzgalova won 6-4 to clinch the doubles point against the Crimson. In singles action, Bryzgalova, Rutlauka, and Gavriella Smith all went 2-0 on the weekend to clinch the matches for Penn.

The Lions went 2-0 last weekend as they defeated both Brown and #59 Yale by identical 4-2 finals. In the win over Brown, the Bears took the doubles point but Columbia bounced back and took four of the first five singles to win the match. In the win against Yale, Columbia won the doubles point and then took singles wins on courts two, three, and four with the clinching point coming on court four.

Cornell is coming off a 4-2 win over Brown on Sunday after falling to Yale 4-1 on Saturday. Doubles wins at number one and two helped lead Cornell to the early 1-0 lead. However, that would be the only point the Big Red picked up as Yale took singles wins at number one, three, four, and five. The Big Red won the first doubles match but then lost the second two as the doubles point went to Brown. Cornell took singles wins at two, three, five and six to defeat the Bears.
