Penn-Princeton Series
Penn and Princeton are meeting the 91st time in program history, with the Tigers holding a 62-30 lead in the series that dates to 1974. The Quakers are 3-2 in the previous five games at Jadwin, falling in the last contest, 80-44, on February 25, 2020. The Tigers have won eight of the last nine matchups against Penn since 2018. The most points the Quakers have scored at Jadwin is 92 twice, in 1990 and in 2000, both games Penn won. Princeton has a 28-14 record against Penn at Jadwin.

Last Time We Met
The two teams clashed in The Palestra on January 17, as the Tigers pulled away in the third quarter to take a 70-50 decision. Penn was led by
Kayla Padilla with 16 points, while
Mia Lakstigala and
Jordan Obi combined for 23 points. Princeton's Julia Cunningham was hot from beyond the arc the entire game, going 4-for-8 from three and leading the team with 22 points.

About Princeton
The Tigers enter Friday's game with a 20-4 overall record, and a perfect 12-0 tally in the Ivy League. With their win last Wednesday at Columbia, they earned a least a share of the Ivy crown, marking their 16th title. The Tigers are on the longest conference winning streak in the country at 38, a stretch that's the longest in Ivy history. Princeton's 73-53 victory over Columbia last week was led by Kaitlyn Chen, who went 11-for-20 from the floor for a career-high 27 points, earning her Ivy League Player and Rookie of the Week.

Penn's Last Time Out
The Quakers pulled out two must-win games last week, defeating Cornell on the road 70-57 before closing out the home slate on Saturday with a 79-54 victory over Dartmouth on Senior Day. At Cornell, the Quakers used a strong fourth quarter to extend their win streak to 10 against the Big Red led by a game-high 25 points by Padilla, shooting 4-for-7 from beyond the arc and 9-for-12 at the line. Kennedy Suttle tied a career high with 17 rebounds, 11 of which were on the offensive end. In Saturday's final home game, all four seniors registered points in the win paced by 12 from Lakstigala.
Meg Hair, who missed most of the season to injury, returned on Saturday to start, drilling a three pointer in the first quarter. Obi narrowly missed her seventh double-double of the season with 16 points and nine rebounds.

Battle of Scoring
Both programs rank in the top four in the league in scoring this season, with just six points splitting them: Penn has scored 1,640 points and Princeton has scored 1,634. The two league-leading scorers are squaring off on Friday night as well. Padilla leads the conference with 18.8 points per game, and Princeton's Abby Meyers averages 17.8 points.
