Penn-Yale Series
Penn and Yale are meeting for the 88th time in program history on Friday night with the Quakers holding a 46-41 lead in the all-time series. Head coach
Mike McLaughlin has put together a 14-10 record against the Bulldogs including a 12-3 record since 2014. In The Palestra, Penn owns a 23-18 tally, winning seven of the last eight meetings in Philadelphia.

Last Time We Met
The two squads battled in Connecticut on January 22 in the first meeting of the season, as the Bulldogs held off the Quakers for a 63-53 decision.
Kayla Padilla and
Jordan Obi led the offense with 18 points each, while Obi made it a double-double, her third of the year at that point, with 12 rebounds. Yale was led by Camilla Emsbo, dropping in 13 points inside the paint, while Jenna Clark missed a double-double with nine points and 10 assists.

About Yale
The Bulldogs enter Friday with a 13-9 overall record, 6-4 in the Ivy League to sit in a tie for third place in the standings with Harvard. A tough stretch for the Bulldogs, they have dropped three of their last four Ivy matchups, falling to Columbia (65-57), Harvard (65-59), and Princeton (61-49). Their victory came on the road at Dartmouth, 48-33, their second lowest point total of the season. Defensively, Yale sits second in the Ivy in points allowed, giving up just 56.6 points per game. Emsbo is the team's biggest piece, averaging 14.3 points and a league-leading 10.3 rebounds per game. Clark works the offense with a league-leading 6.2 assists per game.

Penn-Brown Series
Penn and Brown are meeting for the 89th time in the all-time series, as Penn maintains a 53-35 record. McLaughlin has proven successful against the Bears since taken the reins, riding a 19-game win streak and a record of 21-3 since 2010. The Quakers currently have a 29-14 record against Brown in The Palestra dating to 1979 in the first matchup in Philadelphia.

Last Time We Met
The two squads opened Ivy League play against each other on January 2, with Penn taking a 66-37 victory in Providence.
Stina Almqvist had a breakout game off the bench, dropping in a career-high 18 points on 58.3 percent shooting with two three-pointers. On top of the win streak moving to 19 games, the Quakers held Brown to the least points scored in the all-time series, allowing just 37.
Silke Milliman also came off the bench for a perfect 4-of-4 shooting for 12 points in 10 minutes of play.
Kennedy Suttle recorded a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds, seven of which were offensive.

About Brown
The Bears are 6-16 overall this season, 1-9 in Ivy play with the victory coming at home against Dartmouth on February 8, 70-56. In their last outing on Saturday, they fell in a close battle with Cornell, 68-61. Isabella Mauricio led the Bears with a career-high 25 points, hitting five threes and 6-for-6 at the free throw line. Mauricio is the only player on the roster to start and play in all 22 games for Brown this season, leading the offense with 14.2 points per game at a 40 percent shooting clip.

Penn's Last Time Out
The Quakers earned a key road victory last Saturday, defeating Harvard in overtime, 87-78. Although the Crimson overcame a double-digit deficit to send it to extra time, Penn controlled the entire five-minute overtime with a 12-3 run to leave with its first win in Lavietes Pavilion since 2017. Suttle earned another double-double with 19 points and 16 rebounds, going 7-for-9 from the floor and 5-for-7 at the line. The 19 points are a career high for the senior. Obi also had a double-double, her second straight and fifth of the season, with 20 points and 12 rebounds. Padilla led all Penn scorers with 23 points, her seventh game this year with 20-plus. She added a career-high seven assists, three blocks and two steals. Off the bench, Almqvist knocked in 15 points and six rebounds, scoring all 15 points in the second half.

Weekly Honors
With impressive outings at Harvard, Suttle and Obi swept the Ivy League women's basketball weekly awards on Monday. Suttle earned her first Ivy Player of the Week honor of her collegiate career, while Obi pulled in her third Rookie of the Week accoladed of the season.
