PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women's tennis team will hit the road and head north to Ithaca for the 2022 ECAC Championships hosted at Cornell University on February 11-13. The Quakers will be the #3 seed at the tournament and will take on six-seeded Brown University in the opening round on Friday, February 11 at 2 p.m.

The Quakers are coming off a sweep of its opponents on Feb. 4. Penn picked up a 7-0 victory against Saint Joseph's and then earned a 5-2 victory over NJIT. #70

Eileen Wang all went 2-0 on the day in singles play. Rutlauka and Wang teamed up to win both of their doubles matches as well as
Gibson Thomas and Smith.
The Bears are currently 1-3 on the season having picked up their first win of the season with a 6-1 win over UMass.
The winner of the Penn/Brown match up will advance to the semifinals at 5 p.m. on Saturday against the winner of #2 Harvard and #7 Dartmouth. The non-advancing teams of those two match ups will meet at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
