How It Happened
Brown mustered three off-target shots in the opening half-hour, as both 18-yard boxes were strongly defended by the back lines.
After coming on as a sub in the 32nd minute,
Mateo Zazueta made his presence felt roughly 90 seconds later, delivering a terrific through-ball to Korzeniowski who launched a left-footed rocket past the Brown keeper for his eighth goal of the season.
Isaac McGinnis missed high and to the right with a shot in the 36th minute, the only shot attempt for either side until Brown missed off-target in the 64th.
In the 86th minute, Brown finally put a ball on goal, but the long distance shot proved little trouble for Penn keeper
Nick Christoffersen who recorded the clean sheet.
Up Next
Penn heads up to Cambridge next Saturday for a 1 p.m. match with Harvard, the programs' first meeting before the month of November since 2006.
