Quaker Notemeal
*Penn led in nearly every offensive stat as it outshot Dartmouth, 13-9. The Quakers held the advantage with 10 corner kicks to six by the Big Green.

*Gladu recorded her first shot of the season and Katerina Peroulas made her first start of the season.

How It Happened
Dartmouth came out on the attack early registering three shots in the first 10 minutes but all three were off target.

Stewart recorded the first Quaker shot in the 21st minute as her shot was blocked.

Lawton took the corner kick for the Red and Blue in the 23rd minute and sent a ball to Raun who got a head on it and directed it right at the Dartmouth keeper.

Gladu made her lone save of the first half in the 30th minute but less than 20 seconds later the Big Green struck first. Aleena Seales put a ball in the top left corner that just eluded the diving Gladu to give the home team a 1-0 lead.

Lawton recorded Penn's third shot of the first half in the 43rd minute. She played a ball in the box and created a hole towards the goal, but her shot was just a few inches to far to the right as it hit the post and Dartmouth regained possession.

The Quakers wasted no time early in the second half, attempted to get on the score board as they had four of the five combined shots in the first seven minutes. Penn's shots came off the feet of Teuschl, Stewart (2), and Kellogg.

Penn fired off four shots in the final ten minutes as it upped the pressure on the Dartmouth defense.

Lawton got fouled just outside the box in the 81st minute and then took the subsequent free kick. Her shot was put high off target. She was back on the attack two minutes later as she fired off another shot that was saved.

Pringle had her first shot of the match in the 85th minute but her shot was also saved.

With the entire team on the attack, Penn's keeper Gladu recorded her first shot of the season, but it was blocked by the Big Green in the final minute of play.
