CHICAGO – The RV/RV University of Pennsylvania football team is now receiving votes in both the AFCA Coaches Poll (with 24 points) and now the STATS Perform FCS Media Poll with four points.
The Quakers (4-0, 1-0 Ivy) enter the week following a decisive 59-28 victory at Georgetown.
Joining Penn on both polls is another unbeaten Ivy League foe in Princeton, who are ranked No. 23 in the Coaches Poll and tallying eight points in the Media Poll which was released Monday afternoon.
Penn continues Ivy play Saturday vs. Columbia at Franklin Field. The Quakers are looking for its first 5-0 start to a campaign since 2003, when they went a perfect 10-0 and claimed their 13th Ivy League title.
