FLUSHING, N.Y. – The University of Pennsylvania women's tennis team had a successful weekend at the Columbia Invitational, which ran Friday through Sunday at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
 
Playing in eight-player brackets, the Quakers came home with three singles titles as senior Iuliia Bryzgalova won the "Manhattan" bracket, freshman Sabine Rutlauka won the "Brooklyn" bracket, and freshman Saige Roshkoff took honors in the "Rochester" bracket. Two other Penn players, Iris Gallo and Amanda Chan, were finalists in the "Buffalo" and "Staten Island" brackets, respectively.
 
Rutlauka, who was making her collegiate debut, actually collected two pieces of hardware on the weekend as she also teamed with Chan to win the A-flight doubles crown as well. Roshkoff and Gallo were finalists in D-flight doubles.
