The Tritons enter Friday with a 2-2 record, taking sins over Seattle (60-44) and NAIA-member Westcliff (91-32). They are coming off a home loss last Saturday, dropping a 64-54 decision against Cal. UC San Diego shot 27.9 from the floor on 19-for-68 shooting. Three Tritons scored in double figures led by Parker Montgomery with 14, going a perfect 6-for-6 from the line.

About Memphis
The Tigers enter the weekend with a 4-1 record, only slipping on the road to Little Rock, 55-50. Like Penn, they have traveled coast-to-coast during the Thanksgiving week, defeating Liberty, 53-51, on Tuesday in Lynchburg, Virginia before flying out to California. A tight game down the stretch had the Tigers take the lead with 2:00 minutes remaining in regulation on back-to-back jumpers by Maya Stovall and Emani Jefferson. Memphis was led by Jamirah Shutes with 16 points for the night, including three from deep. Shutes currently leads the Tritons in scoring, averaging 11.2 through five games at a .364 clip.
Penn's Last Time Out
The Quakers fell for the first time this season on Monday, dropping a tight 66-63 Big 5 matchup against Villanova in The Palestra. Penn overcame a 12-point deficit midway through the final quarter to draw within two of the Wildcats. Sophomore
Jordan Obi, who is fresh off her first Ivy League Rookie of the Week honor on Monday, put together a 24-point performance, as the Quakers shot 50 percent from the floor.
