Padilla Unleashed
The Torrance, California native picked up right where she left off from her rookie season in 2019-20, dropping 22 points on Sunday. It was the 13th time in her 28 collegiate games with 20-plus points. Additionally, she shot at a .727 clip, the second highest mark in her collegiate career. Beyond her scoring abilities, her stat line against the Hawks was as well-rounded as it can be, pulling five rebounds, dishing out four assists, making three blocks, and registering one steal.
