PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania volleyball team (7-5, 0-3) opens a weekend home series on Friday at 7 p.m. against Brown (9-4, 1-2) and follows it up with a matchup on Saturday at 5 p.m. against Yale (7-5, 3-0).

*The Bears enter the matchup at 9-4, having split their last two games with Harvard and Dartmouth. The season has been headlined by an impressive six game winning streak, including a three-game sweep at the Friar Classic, defeating Coppin State, Farleigh Dickinson and the host Providence. Brown is led by junior and 2018 Honorable Mention All-Ivy performer Eliza Grover at right-side hitter and senior Makena Elhert at outside hitter.
