How It Happened
Antonio Woods hit a three-point shot off the opening tip, and Penn was off and running from there. The Quakers' first double-digit lead came just 5:19 into the game, at 18-7, and the visiting Ospreys never got within single digits after being down 23-14 less the midway through the first half.
Penn scored 60 first-half points, a high in the
Steve Donahue coaching era.
Despite liberal substitutions throughout the second half, Penn reached 100 points with more than five minutes to play in the game and continued to coast from there.
