CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The University of Pennsylvania volleyball team (3-12, 0-4 Ivy) lost in straight sets on Friday night in Cambridge to Harvard (6-7, 1-3 Ivy). The Quakers will wrap up their first Ivy road trip on Saturday at 5 p.m. in Hanover against Dartmouth.

How it Happened
The Quakers came out strong on the road to start.
Brooke Behrbaum picked up where she left off against Brown hitting two early kills to give her team an 8-4 lead. Harvard then went on a 5-1 run to tie the match up at nine and then it was a 7-1 run that allowed the Crimson to pull away and take the first set 25-19.
After Penn took four straight points with the help of kills from
Madison Goldstein and Behrbaum to take a 5-4 lead, neither team was able to separate from the other. The set was very back and fourth with ten ties. Harvard used a 5-1 run late to take a 21-16 lead. Penn ralled to come within two, but it was the Crimson who took the set 25-21 and a two set lead.
Like set two, set three was very back and fourth as well with five ties in the first 14 points. Kills from
Margaret Planek and Goldstein sparked a 4-0 run to put the Quakers up 9-7. With Penn up 12-10, Harvard went on a 6-1 run to go up 16-13 and then used another 5-1 run to take a late 22-18 lead. The Red and Blue pulled within three, but Harvard took the final three points as the Quakers fell 25-19 in the final set.

The Quakers wrap up their first Ivy road trip of the season on Saturday when they travel to Dartmouth to play the Big Green at 5 p.m.
