PRINCETON, N.J. - In the final regular season tune-up before the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, the University of Pennsylvania men's and women's track and field teams performed well at the Princeton Invitational over the weekend. The men featured two top-10 record book performances, joined by six such from the women.Â
As a squad, the men posted nine podium performances at Princeton, including first place marks fromÂ
James Buser (500m),Â
Kurt Convey (Mile), andÂ
Sean Clarke (Pole Vault). Clarke's height of 5.02 meters checked into the Penn record books at No. 8 all-time, while senior Noah Kennedy-White threw for a distance of 16.98 meters in the shot put, good for second all time in program history.Â
The women also featured nine podium performances, highlighted by top finishes fromÂ

Meghan Barnes (200m),Â
Noel Jancewicz (High Jump),Â
Monica Benz (Pole Vault) andÂ
Devinne Miller (Long Jump). Freshman Edmonds entered Penn laurels with the No. 10 time in the 60-meter dash, crossing the finish line at 7.70 seconds. Barnes increased upon her already made record book time in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.79 seconds, good for fourth all-time.Â
Benz joined a large contingent of current Quakers in the top-10 of the pole vault, soaring to a height of 3.70 meters, good for sixth in program history.Â
Rachel Lee Wilson improved upon her top marks in the weight throw by .02 meters, tossing for a distance of 18.75 to finish second at the Princeton Invite.
The Red and Blue return to action for the Ivy League Heps next weekend at The Armory in New York City. Action begins on Saturday, Feb. 25.Â
