Justin Watson Named Finalist for Walter Payton Award As FCS Offensive Player Of The Year

PHILADELPHIA -- Senior wide receiver has been named one of 25 finalists for the STATS FCS Walter Payton Award which is presented each year to the Most Outstanding Player in FCS Football.
