Women's Tennis Finishes Regular Season at Columbia

PHILADELPHIA - After dispatching Cornell with a 5-2 win on Friday, Penn heads to New York City for its regular season finale with Columbia on Saturday. The Quakers are 5-1 in the Ivy League and sit in second place behind league-leader Yale. The Bulldogs are 6-0 in Ancient Eight action and can clinch the outright league championship with a win at Dartmouth on Sunday. A Bulldog loss coupled with a win from the Quakers today will result in a tie at the top of the standings with a playoff for the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Championships to be held next weekend.

The Lions are 3-13 on the season and are winless in six Ivy League matches.

After celebrating Senior Day at Lott Courts yesterday, today will be the final regular season match for Penn's four seniors - Julia Koulbitskaya, Michelle Mitchell, Yulia Rivelis and Charlotte Tansill.
