Sean Coyne arrived in University City in January 2026 after serving as the wide receivers coach at the University of New Hampshire.
Under Coyne’s guidance, wide receivers Caleb Burke earned All-CAA Third Team and Chase Wilson landed All-CAA Honorable Mention. Coyne assisted an offense with the Wildcats that finished second in the nation in T.O.P while coaching two top ten wideouts in the CAA.
Before returning to his alma mater, Coyne served as the wide receivers coach at McKendree University, leading position meetings and recruiting for the Bearcats in Chicago.
Before his coaching career began as an offensive quality control coach at UNH in 2024, Coyne graduated from New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in sociology in 2022.
