Noah Gustkey is in his 25th year at Penn and his ninth as the Associate Athletic Director of Facilities in 2025-26. He previously served the Division as the Assistant AD/Facilities (2015-17), Director of Athletic Facilities (2011-15), Associate Director of Athletic Facilities (2003-11), Coordinator of Athletic Operations (2002-03) and Athletic Operations/Facilities Assistant (2001-02).
 
In his current role, he oversees all facility-related capital projects and is the direct liaison with the University’s Facilities and Real Estate Services (FRES). He also has daily oversight of DRIA’s facilities that support 33 varsity sports, club teams, a robust intramural program and general recreation program for Penn’s student population, as well as equipment operations. 
 
During his career at Penn, he has managed or assisted with facility upgrades and capital projects for the Ott Center for Track & Field, Sheerr Pool, Coulson Family Training Complex, Burk-Bergmann Boathouse, Penn Squash Center, Tommy Lasorda Field at Meiklejohn Stadium, Silverstein Holistic Wellness and Concussion Center, Franklin Field track and plaza renovation, Penn Park construction, Tse Center/Hutchinson Gymnasium renovation, River Fields construction and Palestra upgrades to seating, sound system and video boards.  
 
He graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting in 1996 where he was a member of the wrestling team. He earned a master’s in sport and recreation administration from Temple University in 2001.
