Michela Jones joined Penn in July of 2026 as an Intercollegiate Administration Fellow. In this role, she oversees Penn Athletics’ centralized internship program, supporting internship opportunities and programming across the department.
Prior to joining Penn, Michela served as a Human Resources Fellow at Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment, where she oversaw the organization’s internship program. Michela graduated from Haverford College in 2025 with a degree in Public Health, where she also competed on the women’s basketball team. During her time at Haverford, she completed internships with USA Track & Field, the LPGA, and Haverford’s Athletic Communications Department.
