Meghan Connors joined JMI Sports in November 2026 as a Partnerships Specialist for Penn Sports Properties. She supports sponsorship initiatives across Penn Athletics, the Penn Relays, and Penn Campus Recreation, collaborating with businesses and campus teams to bring creative marketing opportunities to life.
Prior to JMI Sports, Connors worked at Playfly Sports with Villanova Sports Properties, where she oversaw a diverse portfolio of corporate sponsors and assisted with business development, marketing campaigns, and athletic events. Her experience at Villanova allowed her to combine her interests in sports, marketing, and relationship management.
Originally from the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, Connors earned dual degrees in Sport Management and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst's Isenberg School of Management in 2024.
Outside of work, Connors enjoys coaching field hockey, spending time with family and friends, exploring Philadelphia, and being with her two dogs.
Connors is excited to contribute to Penn Sports Properties by creating innovative opportunities that bring brands and fans together while enhancing the overall experience of Penn Athletics.
