Jasmine Brown was born in Trenton, N.J. and raised in South Jersey. She is half Haitian (Mom) and half American (Dad) and is the oldest of three siblings. Her younger brother, Elijah, and younger sister, Nyjah, both work for JPMorgan Chase.
Jasmine attended Stuart Country Day School in Princeton, NJ for high school and graduated from Baruch College in NYC, where she played two years of collegiate basketball. In addition to basketball, she also participated in track and gymnastics.
Jasmine spent the last nine years of her career at NBCUniversal in Ad Sales, working across Bravo, Telemundo, Peacock, and NBC Philadelphia.
Jasmine and her husband, Jamar, have been married for four years and have two daughters, Jordyn (2) and Layla (9). Jordyn is named after the G.O.A.T. Michael Jeffrey Jordan, as both Jasmine and Jamar played basketball in college.
When Jasmine isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family at the park, attending Sixers games, and watching the WNBA or NBA. She is also a big fan of the Real Housewives of Potomac and Atlanta, as well as Married to Medicine.
