Haley Fleck

WORKS WITH: gymnastics, women’s rowing, women’s squash
 
Haley Fleck has been an assistant athletic trainer at Penn since August 2024.
 
Fleck came to Penn after spending the more than two years at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo. There, she worked as an assistant athletic trainer with the Lions’ women’s gymnastics and roller hockey programs. During her time there, Fleck was the host trainer for the 2024 (MIC) Championships and the 2024 Missouri State Gymnastics Championships.
 
Before Lindenwood, Fleck was at the University of Denver as an athletic trainer intern for a little more than a year, working directly with the Pioneers’ women’s soccer and women’s lacrosse programs. In her one season with women’s lacrosse, DU advanced to the NCAA Championship second round.
 
Fleck graduated from the University of Nebraska with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training, then got a Master of Education in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota’s School of Kinesiology. At Minnesota, Fleck also worked with the Gophers’ women’s rowing program and was the host athletic trainer for the 2018 NCAA Women’s Volleyball Final Four, while at NU she served clinical rotations with several of the Cornhuskers’ varsity programs.
 
Fleck has been a National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) member since 2015 and has certifications with USA Gymnastics and Safesport. She is Level 1 Dry Needle Certified and Blood Flow Restriction Certified and has certification as a Basic Life Support Provider with the American Heart Association.
