OUTDOOR 2026

• Competed in six meets during the season
• Placed second in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:57.82 at the Sam Howell Invitational (Apr. 4)
• Won gold in the 800m elite with 2:06.94, ranking second in the Ivy League and eighth on the Penn all-time performance list at the Tom Jones Invitational (Apr, 17 – 18)
• Captured the 4x800m title with a time of 8:39.39 at the Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championship (May 16 – 17)

INDOOR 2026 

• Competed in five meets during the season 
• Placed second in the 800m with a career best time of 2:05.30 at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Feb 28 – Mar 1) ... finished second in the 4x800m at 8:38.99 
• Ran a career best time of 4:54.83 in the mile at the Penn Select (Jan 10) 

OUTDOOR 2025 

• Competed in four meets during the season
• Placed fifth in the 4x800m with a time of 8:40.84 at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (May 10-11)
• Ran a personal-best 1500m time of 4:30.28 at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 22)

INDOOR 2025 

• Competed in eight meets during the season 
• Placed fourth in the 800m with 2:09.07 at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships (Mar. 1-2) 
• Placed fifth and set a personal-best in the 500m with 1:16.83 at Philadelphia Metro (Feb. 21) 
• Ran a personal-best in the 800m with 2:08.98 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14-15) 
• Placed second and set a personal-best in the 1000m with 2:49.63 at Quaker Invitational (Jan. 18)
