OUTDOOR 2026

• Competed in six meets during the season
• Placed third in the 400m with a time of 12.05 at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 21)
• Earned sixth all-time on Penn’s performance list in the 4x100 relay with a time of 45.17 at the Hurricane Invitational (Mar. 27 – 28)
• Took silver in the 200m with 23.87 and won the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:48.78, at the Paul Donahue invitational (Apr. 17 – 18)
• Placed first in the 4x100 relay with a time of 44.72, for the fifth-fastest time in Penn’s program history, and 100m with 11.90 at the Larry Ellis Invitational (May 1 – 2)
• Earned silver in the 4x100, clocking in at 44.87, at the Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championship (May 16 – 17)

INDOOR 2026

• Competed in eight meets during the season 
• Finished with a career best time of 7.57 in the 60m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Feb 28 – Mar 1)... finished second in the DMR at 11:19.50 
• Ran a career best time of 24.28 in the 200m at the Penn Classic (Feb 6-7) 
• Ran a career best time of 56.70 in the 400m at the Quaker Invite (Jan 17) 

OUTDOOR 2025 

• Competed in seven meets during the season
• Placed fifth with a personal-best 100m time of 11.67, first in the 4x400m at 3:40.22, at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (May 10-11)
• Recorded a personal-best 200m time of 24.41 at the Larry Ellis Invitational (May 2-3)
• Recorded a personal-best 400m time of 57.55 at the Transatlantic Series (Apr 4)

INDOOR 2025 

• Competed in eight meets during the season 
• Placed seventh in the DMR with 12:07.03 at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Mar. 1-2) 
• Placed second and set a season-best in the 200m with 24.45 at Philadelphia Metro (Feb. 21) 
• Set a personal-best in the 60m with 7.79 at Penn Classic (Feb. 8) 
• Set a personal-best in the 300m with 40.10 at Penn Opener (Dec. 7)
