OUTDOOR 2021

• Competed in three meets
• Part of Sprint Medley Relay team that bolstered a 3:55.69 to move into fourth in program history
• Set a personal-best mark in the 1,500m at the Penn Twilight on May 1, crossing the finish line at 4:19.64

• All 2020-21 Ivy League winter sports were canceled on November 12 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

CROSS COUNTRY 2020

• All 2020 Ivy League fall sports were canceled on July 8 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

OUTDOOR 2020

• All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

INDOOR 2020

• Competed in five meets during the indoor season, including capturing two Ivy titles at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1).
• Won the 800m title at Heps for the second straight indoor season, cruising to the win in 2:09.79.
• Also joined the 4x800m relay team to win Heps in 8:55.51, garnering first-team All-Ivy honors in two events.
• Ran the second-fastest time in program history in the indoor 800m, crossing the line in 2:05.91 in the BU David Hemery Valentines Invitational (Feb. 15).
• Finished third in the 600m at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 8) in 1:31.29. while placing fifth in the 4x400m in 3:52.83.

CROSS COUNTRY 2019

• Raced six times during cross country season, scoring in five of them, including Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Nov. 1) and NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 15).
• Ran the 6K at regionals in 20:49.4 to finish 26th, helping Penn to a sixth-place finish of 31 teams.
• Crossed the line in 22:00.9 (6K) at Heps to place 24th as the Quakers finished third.
• Led the Red and Blue at the PSU National Open (Oct. 18) with a 14th-place finish, crossing the line in 21:08.1.
• Also scored at the historic Paul Short Run (Oct. 5) as Penn finished third of 38 teams.

OUTDOOR 2019

• Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season, primarily in middle distance races and relays.
• Qualified for the NCAA East Regional (May 25), and finished 40th with a time of 2:08.81.
• Joined Penn's historic DMR team to win the Penn Relays (April 27) Championship of America Invitational in 10:59.44, an Ivy League record.
• Won the 4x800m relay in 8:45.48 at Ivy League Heps (May 5).
• Ran a 2:07.18, a PR, at Heps 800m prelims. Finished third in the Heps final in 2:08.57.
• Finished seventh in the 800m at the Tennessee Relays (April 11).
• Joined the 4x400m at the Raleigh Relays (March 30) for a third-place finish and also finished fifth in 2:08.76.

INDOOR 2019

• Competed in eight meets during the indoor season.
• Captured a pair of titles at Ivy League Indoor Heps, winning the 800m and 4x880yd relay.
• Racked up victories in the 1,000m at the TCNJ Indoor Open (Dec. 1), the mile at the Harvard-Penn Dual (Dec. 9), the 800m at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational (Jan. 12) and the 4x400m relay at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 19).
• Ran a PR's at the Boston U Scarlet and White Invitational (Feb. 2) in the 1,000m and mile at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 19).

CROSS COUNTRY 2018

• Competed in six races, scoring in three of them.
• Opened the year 31st at the Bison Open and 18th at the Main Line Invitational.
• Crossed the line as the runner-up at the Paul Short Run Open race, running the 6K in 22:04.
• Placed 96th at the PSU National Open and 50th at Heps, scoring for Penn in both events.
• Finished 72nd at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.

OUTDOOR 2018

• Ran in one meet, at the Temple Invitational (April 13).
• Placed 11th in the 800m.

INDOOR 2018

• Did not compete.

CROSS COUNTRY 2017

• Competed in five meets on the year, scoring once.
• Opened the year by finishing 18th at the Blue/Gold Classic (Sept. 2) and 24th at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 15).
• Ran in the open race at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 29).
• Finished 59th at the Princeton Invitational (Oct. 14), placing fifth among Penn runners.
• Placed 69th at the 2017 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Oct. 27).
