- Set a career high in the long jump with 5.65m while finishing third at the Transatlantic Series (Apr. 15)
INDOOR 2023
- Competed in four meets during the season, set multiple career bests
- Set a career best in the 600m with 1:35.80 at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 9), placed fifth
- Set a career best in the 500m with 1:18.01 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (Feb. 10-11), placed 15th
- Set two career bests in the Pentathlon at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational (Jan. 20-21), High Jump with 1.47m (4-9.75) placing ninth and the 800m with 2:22.81 placing first
- Set three career bests in the Pentathlon at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 25-26), 60m Hurdles with 9.49 placing eighth, Shot Put with 7.85m (25-9.25), placing 11th, and points total in the Pentathlon with 3073 placing 10th.
