OUTDOOR 2020

• All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

INDOOR 2020

• Did not compete.

CROSS COUNTRY 2019

• Picked up first-team All-Ivy honors with a fourth-place finish at Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Nov. 1).
• Raced five times during cross country season, leading Penn in three races and scoring in four.
• Finished the 6K at Heps in 21:02.1 to lead the Quakers to a third-place finish.
• Paced Penn at the historic Paul Short Run (Oct. 5) to a third-place team finish in a field of 38. Placed 12th individually in 20:09.9.
• Also led Penn at the Battle in Beantown (Sept. 20) with a 32nd-place result.
• Scored at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 15) after crossing the line in 44th.

OUTDOOR 2019

• Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season, mostly running the 800m and 1,500m, in addition to relay races.
• Qualified for the NCAA East Regional (May 25) in the 1,500m, finishing 46th.
• Captured Penn's first Championship of America wheel at the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 25) by winning the DMR.
• Reached the final of the Ivy League Outdoor Heps (May 5) before finishing 10th in 4:35.36.
• Recorded a PR in a third-place finish at the Bison Outdoor Classic by running the 1,500m in 4:16.83.
• Won the 800m at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 6) and Penn Challenge (March 23).
• Finished third in the 4x400m relay at the Raleigh Relays (March 30) with a time of 3:46.38.

INDOOR 2019

• Ran three times during the indoor season in the mile and DMR.
• Scored with a runner-up finish in the mile at Ivy League Indoor Heps (Feb. 24) to earn second-team All-Ivy honors with a time of 4:44.68.
• Captured the DMR title at the prestigious 112th NYRR Millrose Games (Feb. 9).
• Finished second in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 15) with a time of 4:48.51.

CROSS COUNTRY 2018

• NCAA XC Championships Qualifier.
• Finished 132nd at the NCAA XC Championships.
• Competed in seven races, finishing no worse than second within Penn’s finishers.
• Finished fourth at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, the best in program history to qualify for nationals. Ran the 6K in 21:15.
• Finished 32nd at Heps.
• Led Penn at the Bison Open, the Paul Short Run Gold race, PSU National Open and the NCAA Regional.
• Finished third at the Bison Open, running the 4K in 14:13.6.

OUTDOOR 2018

• Ran in three meets throughout the 2018 outdoor season, competing in the 400m, 800m and 1,500m.
• Placed sixth in the 400m at the 58.45 at the Penn Challenge (March 24).

INDOOR 2018

• Competed in seven meets on the year, making appearances in the 800m, mile and several relay events.
• Placed second in the mile at the 2018 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 25), earning All-Ivy status.
• Also ran the DMR at Ivy Heps.
• Finished first in the 800m at the Navy Invitational (Jan. 13) and both the mile and 4x400m relay at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 20).
• Ran the 4x800m relay at the 2018 Millrose Games (Feb. 3), placing first among college teams.
• Earned top-10 program times in the 800m, mile, 4x400m relay, 4x800m relay, and DMR.
• Totaled seven top-five placements on the year.

CROSS COUNTRY 2017

• Competed in five meets on the year, scoring twice.
• Opened the year with a seventh-place finish at the Blue/Gold Classic (Sept. 2) and an 18th-place mark at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 15).
• Finished 172nd at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (Oct. 13), serving as the third Penn runner.
• Placed 56th overall at the 2017 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Oct. 27).

• Competed in all nine meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in the 800m, 1,500m, 4x400m relay, 4x800m relay and DMR.
• Qualified for the 2017 NCAA East Region Prelims (May 25) in the 800m, finishing 25th.
• Ran at the USATF Junior Championships (June 22) in the 800m, placing 13th.
• Part of the third-place 4x400m relay team at the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7).
• Placed sixth in the DMR and seventh in the 4x800m relay at the Penn Relays (April 27-29), setting a school record in the latter.
• Won the 4x400m relay at the Penn Challenge (May 25).
• Totaled eight top-10 placements on the year.

• Competed in four meets during the 2017 indoor season, focusing on several middle distance events and relay events.

• Placed 19th in her collegiate debut at the Big 5 Invitational (Sept. 9).
• Finished seventh overall and third among attached runners at the Haverford Invitational (Oct. 21).

High School: Ranked No. 9 in the country in the indoor 800m ... Finished fourth at the 2016 Brooks PR Invitational ... U.S. No. 11 in the outdoor 800m (2015) ... Pennsylvania indoor state champion and two-time outdoor state champion in the 800m.
