- Competed in five meets during the indoor season, running in the mile or the 3,000m.
- Finished one spot out of scoring for Penn at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1), finishing seventh in the 3,000m in 9:52.07.
- Ran a season-best 9.40.52 at the BU David Hemery Valentines Invitational (Feb. 15) to place 53rd in the 3,000m.
- Won the 3,000m run at the Penn 8-Team Select, crossing the line in 9:54.69.
- Scored a top-five finish in the mile at Penn State's Sykes Sabock Challenge (Feb. 8) in 4:57.19.

CROSS COUNTRY 2019
- Raced six times during her freshman cross country season, scoring in five of them, including the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 15).
- Helped Penn finish sixth in the regional with a 48th-place finish.
- Finished a season-best 23rd at the Fordham Fiasco (Sept. 7) as the third Quaker across the line.
- Scored at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5) to guide Penn to a third-place finish of 38 teams, finishing the 6K in 21:02.1 in 67th.
- Finished 33rd at the PSU National Open (Oct. 18), the fourth Penn runner across the line.
- Placed 52nd at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Nov. 1).
High School: Del. No. 1 in the 1,600m and 3,200m ... 2019 Del. 1,600m state champion ... 2018 Del. cross country state champion and placed seventh at the Nike XC Southeast Regional.
