2025 First Team All-Ivy (outdoor4x400m)

OUTDOOR 2025 

• Competed in seven meets during the season
• Placed first in the 4x400m with a time of 3:40.22 at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (May 10-11)
• Recorded a 200m personal-best time of 25.07, and 400m time of 55.34, at the Larry Ellis Invitational (May 2-3)
• Recorded a personal-best 400m H time of 1:00.83 at the Penn Relays 

INDOOR 2025 

• Competed in six meets during the season
• Placed fifth in the 500m at 1:14.93, fifth in the 4x400m (3:45.92) at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (Mar. 1-2) 
• Placed third and set a personal-best in the 500m with a time of 1:14.83 at Philadelphia Metro (Feb. 21) 
• Recorded a season-best in the 400m at 56.78 at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 31-Feb. 1) 

OUTDOOR 2024

• Competed in four meets during the season
• Placed 12th in the 400m H with a time of 1:03.36 at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (May 4-5)
• Placed second in the 400m H at 1:02.71 at the Paul Donahue Invitational (Apr 19-20)

INDOOR 2024

• Competed in four meets during the season
• Clocked a 300m personal-best time of 42.01 at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec 8)

• Competed in four meets during the outdoor season
• Set a career high in the 200 with 27.34 at the Widener Invite (Apr. 21-22)
• Set a career high in the 400 with 58.55 at the Widener Invite
• Set a career high in the 400 hurdles at the Big Five Meet (Apr. 1)
