A familiar face to University of Pennsylvania women's lacrosse, Liz Kittleman Jackson recently completed her third season as volunteer assistant coach after a previous four-year stint as an assistant with the Red and Blue.

Kittleman Jackson was previously an assistant coach with the Quakers from 2007-10, helping guide the Quakers to four Ivy League championships, four NCAA Tournament appearances, three Final Four berths and a spot in the 2008 NCAA championship game.

In each of her seven seasons with the Quakers, Kittleman Jackson has seen the Red and Blue win an Ivy League championship and advance to the NCAA Tournament.

In June of 2010, Kittleman Jackson was named head coach at Columbia University where she made history during her helm of the Lions. Beginning with the program’s first-ever home Ivy League win with a victory over Yale in 2011 (and first-ever win over the Bulldogs), Kittleman Jackson went on to coach the most All-Ivy League Players in program history with 13 during her tenure. She took a program that had maintained a -7.8 goal differential before her arrival to a -1.4 differential by the end of the 2015 season; and last year, her team led the Ivy League in three major statistical categories – saves, draw controls, and ground balls.

In addition to collegiate coaching, Kittleman Jackson has served as an active member with the Women’s United States National Team since 2007. Beginning her stint as a manager for the Senior Elite Team, she has moved up through the Selection Committee ranks and now serves as the Chair of the Selection Committee, overseeing the selection process for both the U19 United States National Team and the Senior Women’s United States National Team.

Before serving in her first coaching role with the Quakers, Kittleman Jackson was an assistant women's lacrosse coach at Haverford from 2005-06. Prior to that, she served as an assistant women's lacrosse coach at Stanford University from 2001-2004, helping the Cardinal to their first top-20 ranking in school history.

A Philadelphia native, Kittleman Jackson resides with her wife, Caitlin, in Chester Springs, PA.

A four-year letterwinner (1994-98) in lacrosse at Union College in New York, Kittleman earned first-team UCAA honors as a senior. She also competed on the women's soccer team for four years, captaining the team in 1997 and 1998, and was a member of the women's ice hockey team in 1995. While at Union, Kittleman earned her bachelor's degree in art history.
