OUTDOOR 2021

• Competed in five meets during regular season, setting three different personal-best marks 
• Opened season at Penn Challenge with personal-best time in 5,000m, clocking a time of 14:24.49
• Set a career-best mark in the 1,500m at the Temple Invitational with a time of 3:47.17
• Fnished second at the Philly Mets in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 8:51.45, a personal-best time good enough to place him ninth in program history
• Qualified for NCAA East preliminaries in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 8:51.45

• All 2020-21 Ivy League winter sports were canceled on November 12 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

• All 2020 Ivy League fall sports were canceled on July 8 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

OUTDOOR 2020

• All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

INDOOR 2020

• Competed in five meets during the indoor season.
• Scored for Penn at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1) in both the 3,000m and the DMR.
• Finished fourth with the DMR team at Heps with a time of 10:00.79.
• Finished sixth in the 3,000m with a time of 8:32.24.
• Ran a career-best time and third in program history in the 3,000m at BU's David Hemery Valentines Invitational (Feb. 15) at 8:03.56.
• Won the 3,000m at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 18) and finished second at the Villanova Invitational (Feb. 1).

CROSS COUNTRY 2019  

• Appeared in four races, scoring in Penn's win at the Main Line Invitational (Sept. 20).
• Finished fourth at the Main Line, running the four-mile race in 20:05.6.
• Also scored at the Fordham Fiasco with a 23rd-place result in the 8K race.

OUTDOOR 2019

• Appeared in five meets, running the 1,500m and the steeplechase.
• Placed 10th in the steeplechase at the 2019 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 5).
• Finished third in the steeplechase at the Penn Challenge (March 23).
• Posted four top-10 placements on the year.

INDOOR 2019

• Competed in five meets, appearing in the 1,000m, mile, 3,000m and 5,000m.
• Boasts a runner-up finish in the 1,000m at the TCNJ Indoor Open (Dec. 1) with a time of 2:30.72.
• Scored in the Harvard vs. Penn Dual (Dec. 9) with a fourth-place finish in the 3,000m.
• Finished sixth in the 3,000m with a season-best time of 8:21.47 at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational (Jan. 12).

CROSS COUNTRY 2018

• Ran in four races, scoring in one.
• Finished 166th at the Paul Short Run Gold race, helping Penn to a 28th-place finish.
• Opened the season with a pair of top-30 runs at the Bison Open (29th) and the Main Line Invitational (24th).
