OUTDOOR 2017

• Competed in eight meets during the 2017 outdoor season, making appearances in both discus and shot put. 
• Qualified for the 2017 NCAA East Region prelims in discus, throwing a distance of 55.18m to finish 17th.
• Took first place at the 2017 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships (May 7) in discus with a winning throw of 54.69m.
• Also placed fourth in shot put at Ivy Heps with a toss of 16.84m.
• Totaled nine top-five placements on the year, including first-place finishes in discus at the Penn Challenge (March 25), Transatlantic Series (April 15), Virginia Challenge (April 22) and Ivy Heps and in the shot put at the Penn Challenge and Transatlantic Series.

INDOOR 2017

• Competed in nine meets on the year, throwing shot put and weight throw each time out. 
• Finished the year at the Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (Feb. 26), placing third in the shot put with a career-best throw of 17.31m, ranking No. 2 in Penn history.
• Notched 15 top-10 placements on the indoor season.
• Placed first in the weight throw at the Lehigh Season Opener (Dec. 2) with a toss of 17.75m.
• Threw a season-best distance of 17.89m in the weight throw at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 21), finishing second.

OUTDOOR 2016

• Competed in the discus and hammer throw during the 2016 outdoor season.
• 2016 NCAA East Regional qualifier in the discus, placing 14th with a throw of 56.04m at the regional meet.
• Placed second in the discus (56.18m) at the 2016 Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships.
• Placed second in the discus (55.75m) at the 2016 IC4A Track and Field Championships.
• Won the discus at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 22).
• Improved upon his second-best discus throw in Penn history at the Augustana Twilight Qualifier (May 19) with a toss of 57.71m.

INDOOR 2016

• Competed in the weight throw and shot put during the 2016 indoor season.
  
• Registered four top-five performances over the course of the season. 
• Notched the sixth-best weight throw in Penn history at the 2016 Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (18.42m) to place fifth.

2014-15: Honorable Mention All-America in the discus ... USTFCCCA All-Academic team ... Finished ninth at the NCAA East Region Preliminary Round and 23rd at the NCAA Outdoor Championships ... Scored at Outdoor Heps in the discus (fourth) ... Scored at the Outdoor ECAC Championships in the discus (fourth), with the fifth-best toss in school history ... Won the discus at the Maryland Invitational (March 28) ... Second in the discus at the Philadelphia College Classic (March 21) ... Third in the discus at the Florida Relays (April 4) ... Competed in the shot put and weight throw throughout the indoor season with a personal-best shot put of 15.61m (51-2.75).

2013-14: Scored at Outdoor Heps in the discus (fourth) ... Second in the discus at the Philadelphia College Classic (March 22), Larry Ellis Invitational (April 19) and Princeton Elite Meet (May 3) ... Competed in the shot put and weight throw throughout the indoor season with season-best weight throw of 15.47m (50-9.25).
