- Competed in eight meets during the season
- Finished 21st in the 400m H with a time of 52.50 at the NCAA Championships (June 11 - 14)
- Placed 12th in the 400m H with a personal-best time of 50.21 at the NCAA East First Round (May 28 - 31)
- Claimed bronze in the 400m HÂ clocking in at 51.63 at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (May 10 - 11)
- Recorded a time of 3:04.57 in the 4x400m at the Penn Relays (Apr 24 - 26)
- Recorded a personal-best 400m time of 47.72 at the Hurricane Invitational (Mar 28 - 29)
INDOOR 2025:

- Placed first in the 4x400m with a time of 3:14.59 at the Quaker Invitational (Jan 18)

- Placed seventh in the 400m Hurdles with a time of 52.71 at the 2024 IC4A/ECAC Outdoor T&F Championships (May.10-12)
- Placed fifth in the 400m Hurdles and set a career best with a time of 52.22 at the Ivy Heptagonal Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May. 4-5)
- Recorded a time of 3:31.10 in the Sprint Medley Relay and recorded a time of 54.13 in the 400m Hurdles at the Penn Relays (Apr. 25-27)
- Recorded a time of 3:18.31 in the 4x400 at the Pepsi Florida Relays (Mar. 29-30)
- Placed third in the 400m Hurdles with a time of 54.80 at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 23)
INDOOR 2024:
