Biography

2021-22: Ivy Championships qualifier … Swam a personal-best time of 47.84 in the 100 back during the prelims at the Ivy Championships … Finished sixth in the 100 back at the Ivy Championships … Swam a personal-best and NCAA B Cut time of 1:43.87 in the 200 back during the prelims at the Ivy Championships … Finished sixth in the 200 back at the Ivy Championships … Finished 12th in the 200 IM at the Ivy Championships.

2020-21: All 2020-21 Ivy League winter sports were canceled on November 12 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.

2018-19: Ivy League Championships qualifier in the 200 IM, 400 IM, and 200 fly … Reached the ‘B’ final in the 200 fly, finishing 15th overall … Qualified for the ‘C’ final in the 200 IM and 400 IM.
 
2017-18: Ivy League Championships qualifier in 400 IM (A final), 200 back (B final), 100 back (C final)

Personal: In 2021, he became the first Penn swimmer/diver to make the Olympics since current Penn diving coach Robert Cragg's 1976 berth in Montreal a year after he graduated. Dols is the fifth Penn-affiliated Olympic swimmer but the first to actually swim while an undergrad at the University. He repesrented Jamiaca in the 2021 Olympics and swam in the 200 IM.
