NCAA Championships qualifier … Second-team All-Ivy …Becomes the first three-time All-America in Quakers men's foil since Vidur Kapur (2010-12) ... Appeared in 38 of 39 team bouts with men’s foil, going 67-30 to lead the entire team in total wins … One of three Quakers to notch a 60-win season and the first to accomplish that since Shaul Gordon in 2015-16 … Began the season going 10-8 at the Elite Invitational, going 3-0 against Johns Hopkins and Air Force (11/16) … Finished second at the Penn State Garret Open (11/23) … First Penn fencer to reach a final at the Garret Open since Raphael Van Hoffelen in 2016 … Went 11-7 at the Penn State Invitational, going 5-1 against Ivy League opponents (1/12) … Dominated at home during the Philadelphia Invitational, going 21-4 overall and earning 3-0 sweeps against Haverford, Johns Hopkins, NYU, NJIT and #5 Ohio State (1/18 & 1/19) … Recorded 100th career victory against Duke (1/18) … Continued run of play with a 12-2 overall mark at the Sollee Invitational (2/1) … Used a 9-5 overall record at the Ivy League Round-Robins to earn All-Ivy honors (2/8 & 2/9) … Finished 14th at the NCAA Regional (3/7) … All 2020 NCAA winter postseason competition was canceled on Thursday, March 12 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
