Anthony Braun was hired at the University of Pennsylvania in October 2022.
Braun came to Penn from NovaCare Rehabilitation. While with NovaCare, he was head athletic trainer for Temple University’s club sports programs and enjoyed stints with the Philadelphia Phillies, Villanova University football, and Kennett High School and Lansdale Catholic High School.
Braun is a 2019 graduate of the University of La Verne (Calif.), where he was a Dean’s List student and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology with a concentration on Human and Health Performance. He then received a Master of Science degree in Athletic Training at Temple University here in Philly in 2021. While at Temple, Braun had student training experiences with the Owls’ football program, St. Joseph’s Prep, Chestnut Hill College, and Father Judge High School.
Braun has been a National Athletic Trainer Association (NATA) member since 2019, has been a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer since 2021, and is Health Care Provider CPR & AED certified.
Braun currently resides in Media with his wife Madalyn, who is also an athletic trainer at Penncrest High School.
